Main duties performed:

Ensure compliance to the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management Plan.

Support the Company’s Critical Hazard Management to ensure all critical risks are identified and effectively controlled.

Provide ongoing guidance and support to the Workforce Health, Safety & Environment Representatives.

Actively contribute to the HSE audit process to ensure all non-compliances are identified and reported in a timely manner.

Support the Montepuez Ruby Mining Operation Fitness for Work and Fatigue Management Programs.

2022-2024 SENIOR HSE Officer KEC International limited, LOT 06 Temane transmission projects, Mozambique project founded by World Bank. Duties:

Implementation of Foundation's Work Method aligned with International Standards: ISO9001, 14001, and 45001, as well as local legislation. Monitoring of social representatives in engaging with the community along the transmission line before and during Foundation activities. Guarantee that all waste generated by the activities is disposed of in a designated area after consulting local authorities, as required by the ESMP.

Guarantee that the excavation work is done under the supervision of competent supervisors together with the on-site engineers.

Ensuring that all security representatives are available in their respective teams before starting work.

Ensuring that all scaffolds are assembled according to the site's standards, regulations, and instructions.

Guarantee of proper stacking and storage of materials according to ESMP and site rule.

Guarantee that all tower assembly and stretching works are carried out safely, implementing procedures such as on-site safety induction and medical examinations for work at height.

Training for employees on the correct use of safety equipment, such as harnesses, and ensuring the proper use of PPE.

Guarantee that JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and TBT (Toolbox Talk) are conducted by supervisors and acknowledged by all team members, including on- site engineers.

Ensure that the PTW (Work Permit) system is implemented according to KEC International standards.
