Court and Police Clerk 2018-present: Court Administrator for the Municipal Court Judge and Police Clerk for the Police Department. There are various duties involved relating to the job description for both jobs such as interviewing potential new hires, assisting with Workers Comp filings for officers, handling Human Resource issues
Legal Secretary/Client Relations Manager 2015-2018: First point of contact with each client or potential client. Compiled all intake information from the potential client and provided it to the attorney for review and assess to determine if it was a matter we could assist the client with. Drafted all outgoing correspondence, paid bills, created billing for the clients, accepted payments and handled all banking matters, kept an ongoing calendar for each attorney as to appointments, court appearances and vacation scheduling, scheduled all out-of-town hotel accommodations for attorneys as needed. Property Management Supervisor 2014-2015: Oversee properties and make sure they were all within HOA Code Requirements, conducted annual meetings with each property Board of Directors to discuss improvements being made on each particular property; adding new additions to the property to make it more eye appealing to the homeowner and their guest. Typed and provided meeting minutes to each homeowner as to what new events or recommendations made by the Board were being put into place. Mailed quarterly newsletters to homeowners to keep them aware of what was happening on their property. Obtained quotes for any new project to begin on each property and followed through with the contractor until completion.
Executive Assistant 2010-2014: Real Estate Development. Managed the office, scheduled appointments, typed and transcribed meeting minutes, completed all outgoing correspondence, paid bills, received and posted payments, handled all banking both personal and professional to the business for six bank accounts.
New Home Staging 2007-2010: I have a background in interior design. I was hired to stage new homes by choosing the furnishings, fabric patterns, color schemes and paint. I staged new homes for potential home buyers to tour for possible purchase or build. Legal Secretary 2003-2007: Law Firm who specialized in Medical Malpractice. My Job consisted of obtaining medical records from attending physician and hospital, researching medical experts to research the history of the patient and who will testify to their findings and give their expert opinion to determine if malpractice did occur. Significant amounts of research involved, paid bills, scheduled appointments for potential clients with attorneys. Customer Service Manager 1998-2003: Responsible for managing a staff of six. Overseeing the daily operation of processing orders for shipping to customers both in and out of the United States. Direct contact with large companies such as Lipton, Lowrys and McCormick to discuss their product design and forward on to our design engineering department for manufacturing. Once completed, scheduled their order requirements and prepared them for shipping. Handled price quotes and billing for all products purchased from our company.
Court Clerk/Administrator for The Court of Common Pleas/Legal Secretary 1985-1996: Oversee the daily operations and functions of the Common Pleas Court as well as completing transcripts for the Court of Appeals.
