The Manpower Associate Care Center and Experis Care Center Team transitioned from SysAid to the ServiceNow Platform where all the associate and consultants use the self-service capabilities, which include the ease of use for ticket/case management for current status, review the ticket/case history, while providing them with an enhanced technology experience by way of chat with support and providing up to the minute communication on status of cases.
Occupancy Management Software-iOffice-1/22-7/22
Implement new Occupancy Management software for ManpowerGroup HQ to efficiently capture occupancy & utilization metrics to enable data-driven decisions. IT scope includes Single Sign On, HQ employees data synchronization and Outlook calendar Integration for room booking. The integration of iOffice helped in providing better office room occupancy/utilization.
Work Environment Survey (WES)-4/22-7/22
Work Environment Survey is used by Manpower Group to understand and assess the working conditions in a client site. All the clients of Manpower Group take the survey every year.
To enable the survey a WES app was created based on PowerApps platform and all the survey results are stored in a SharePoint location. The survey was completed for US users and this project enabled the users in Canada to take the annual survey in French.
Auto Register Associates from CDS to powerYOU-4/22-8/22
At Manpower Group, Manpower brand uses MyPath program to guide associates through their career journey insuring they remain valuable, relevant, and employable as market conditions change and the demand for new skills increase. powerYOU is a learning platform where associates take online courses to strengthen their existing skills or learn new ones.
To address the business requirements, the project auto registered the associates to powerYOU from CDS (data warehouse) for those who had satisfied the eligibility criteria defined by the business.
Add Medals and Bullhorn data for Experis into CDS-4/22-8/22
At Manpower Group, the brand uses the MyPath program to guide associates through their career journeys by ensuring they remain valuable, relevant, and employable as market conditions change and the demands for new skills increases. MyPath is a set of career resources that enable associates to better match their skills and personality to the jobs and industries right for them and take free, online courses to strengthen their existing skills or learn new ones. The MyPath resources are structured around four pillars i.e., Experience, Education, Guidance and Coaching, each of which create associate loyalty by supporting their long-term employability.
To address the above business requirement, data of candidate from Bullhorn (data mirror database and candidate data medals application system) was integrated into the consolidated datastore (CDS).
Ettain users from Jive and WebEx to Teams Communications-7/22-9/22
With adding the new Company Ettain to Manpower Group, this project moved all Ettain users from Go to Connect (Jive) and WebEx to Microsoft Teams. The project migrated all conference rooms, fax, and eFax to Microsoft Teams, increase the Microsoft Team licenses, and ported all the numbers.

Dollars and Team Size: $2312 (2020) with 31 crafters and $2077 (2019) and 21 crafters.
Used the Greater Giving Software to conduct the Christmas Market so church parishes could view and purchase crafted items. I was responsible for identifying and getting the church crafters, from August to December and led weekly meeting to communicate process with the Church Knitting Group (Sponsor) and project team with Zoom meetings. Organized the drop off of crafter items in the Church turning Circle for three days, processed orders in two days and placed in purchase bags for pickup a week later in the Church turning circle. I communicated to the crafter vendors with weekly update notes from September through December. Sent out “Thank You” note and prepared tax forms for crafter vendors. I maintained the Greater Giving site for our church with photos and descriptions and reports.

The Tech and Data team on boarded applications to IES ((IAM (Identity & Access Management) Enterprise Solution). This tool provides a standard, repeatable framework leveraged by the lines of business to effectively and efficiently manage, control, and report user access for authorization and authentication. This project is to move applications that presently use ART & ACT to the new Cloud IES tool. If a new app is being assembled, they will also be added to the new Cloud tool. The Agile approach was used with the overlapping implementations each month. Functional process improvement along with training was part of the implementation of each application.
Service Account Repository (SAR) and Windows PTA/Breakglass-Jul 14-Dec 15
SAR-Service Account Repository is Wells Fargo’s inventory of service accounts; providing accountability, visibility, and process management for service accounts by platforms.
The SAR enhancements worked with engineers to provide better visibility to Wells Fargo management for service accounts as well as provide better process management around service accounts. The work involves obtaining missing data on existing service accounts, tracking updates for service accounts and report on service accounts by AU owners and completed three releases.
Breakglass-A web-based application that enables Wells Fargo application support resources privileged access to Windows platform servers on an emergency or temporary basis. Access to the servers is requested by application/servers. Breakglass is designed for emergency temporary access and is driven by problems tickets. PTA allows users to submit access requests designed to handle normal non-emergency production support and driven by change requests.
