Project 1:
Project Title. Wireless neoVI (WIVI)
Environment & Tools. Eclipse, Selenium Web Driver, TestNG, Maven, Extent Report, Docker, Orchestration.
Software Development Model. Agile Methodology.
Project Description: This is a Web based application designed for data logger, it provides user interface to manage data logger activity remotely. Data loggers are directly connected to the server of web-application using both wireless and wired network. Data loggers are installed inside the vehicle to collect data from ECU. User can monitor data, track and control loggers, and download collected data, send scripts, and generate various reports for data analysis etc. Roles and Responsibilities:
Attending daily stand up meetings.
Involved in discussions and research in developing the Selenium Framework design model architecture.
Developing Java/Selenium Page Object Model Framework on a Web based application
Automate, execute and analyze end to end scenarios using Selenium Web Driver.
Execution of automation test suites and generate the report using TestNG and Extent Report.
Writing test scripts for regression test suite and check-in GITLAB central repository for future use.
Identified several Bugs during the functional tests, raised them and resolved it with developers within the time frame.
Performed API Testing using POSTMAN. Also Done API automation Testing Using POSTMAN.
Project 2:
Project Title. Vehicle Spy 3 - Manual Testing with Embedded Hardware
Environment & Tools. Vehicle Spy 3, BUSMASTER
Technologies Used CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet. Project Description: Vehicle Spy 3 is a comprehensive vehicle network testing and simulation software used for analyzing, monitoring, and scripting vehicle communication protocols. The project focused on manual testing of embedded hardware systems (Data Loggers) using Vehicle Spy 3 to validate end-to-end communication between ECU’s and connected vehicle networks. Roles and Responsibilities:
Role 1: Manual and Embedded Tester
Performed manual testing of embedded hardware using Vehicle Spy 3 for end-to-end system validation.
Conducted regression testing, sanity testing, and black-box testing to ensure software stability.
Created and executed test cases to verify CAN, LIN, and Ethernet communication protocols.
Verified data logging, network analysis, and scripting functions to ensure proper hardware interactions.
Role 2: Technical Trainer
Provided training to multiple customers on Vehicle Spy software, focusing on its usage and Function Block Scripting capabilities.
Conducted hands-on sessions to help customers understand and implement scripting for their specific use cases.
Role 3: Technical Application Engineer
Worked as a Technical Application Engineer to support multiple customers facing queries or issues with Vehicle Spy software.
Resolved technical challenges related to software functionality, scripting, and integration.
Collaborated with internal teams to address customer-reported bugs and enhance user experience.
Facilitated communication between customers and the development team to ensure that customer feedback was incorporated into future software updates.
Supported customers during critical phases of their projects, such as initial setup, debugging, and deployment, ensuring seamless integration of Vehicle Spy software into their workflows.
Provided remote and on-site support as needed, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Project 3:
Project Title. ABS EVAC & FILL – REPAIR BLEED
Environment & Tools. Vehicle Spy 3 – (Function block Scripting) Technologies Used CAN/CAN-FD, UDS
Project Description: The main part of this project is software development. Software development includes Communication access to the ECU and writing the software to verify various steps mentioned in the ECU specification document for establishing the communication between ABS unit and neoVI (hardware).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Attending daily stand up meetings.
Involved in discussions and research in developing the code for Evac & Fill sequence of operations.
Develop code for security algorithms to access the diagnostic jobs of the ECU.
Develop a code for controlling the input and output of the ABS ECU for performing
(Evacuation filling, levelling) cycle of the ABS ECU.
Writing code for I/O mapping and programming to synchronize with the other tool (for example -PLC Machine) and the neoVI.
software verification and validation, testing with real ECU on bench setup
Worked with clients such as Tata motors ltd. CMV, PV and HCV, Mahindra & Mahindra LCV, SUV & EV, Force Motors ltd. CMV, Zero Motors S-line Bike etc. for ABS EVAC & FILL sequence operations.
