ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver Tool Box talk, HSE Training, random Equipment inspection as per HSE Requirement.

Participate in Incident Investigation, prepare Accident Reports & Arrange Incident lesson Learn program

Responsible for performance of HSE Team in the Respective Zone of the Project.

Incident Accident Reporting Investigation, Prepare & Execute Weekly, monthly HSE Schedule with coordination of Project Team.

Prepare Site HSE Plan, hazard identification & preparation of Emergency Evacuation plan, Confined space emergency rescue plan, Fire Prevention Plan, Site Transport Traffic Management, Sub-Contractor Safety Management & Evaluation plan, Training Matrix, Training Need Analysis, PPE Matrix etc)

Prepare Risk Assessment for all activities.

Coordinate with Maintenance person regarding Lock out tag out safety measures (LOTO) according to Project Matrix, Monitoring of work activities

Coordinate PTW System for Hazardous work activities.

Liaise with Requirement of Authorities, Client.

Training to Workers, Staff on Different Topics of Health & Safety ( Excavation confined space work, height work, scaffolding, hot work, Firefighting, emergency rescue requirements, Lifesaving rules, Use of breathing Apparatus etc. )
