3) From Mumbai I went to Saudi Arabia and worked for Two years and attained different kind of experience.

4) After returned to Chennai joined with an Exporter and worked as Steno-cum- Export documentation for about Nine years.

5) Then I joined with an Automobile parts manufacturer as P.A. to M.D and promoted as Junior Officer (Admn.& Personnel) worked for Three years. 6) Finally worked with a Fan manufacturer who are No.1 in India in their prime product, as Administrative Officer for more than 15 years. Though I joined as a Stenographer, based on my working experience, I had been promoted as Administrative Officer controlling Staff/Workers attendance. Worked not only as A.O. but also as P.A. to G.M. maintaining all official administration work such as – attending Customers / other companies / branches telephone calls / transferring calls of three telephone lines with 30 intercom lines, to the concerned department for their follow up. Receiving Posts / Couriers and making records and dispersing documents to the concerned staff / department for their action. Receiving Faxes / e-mails and responding by self-correspondence. Co-ordinating with Sales Team directly / over telephone / through e-mails by sending quotations / getting orders / payment follow up / Monthly minutes / Annual Reports, etc. Controlling Telephone / Mobile / Fax / Stationery expenses and Official routine work reporting to G.M. Now under VRS & settled in my native – Vallioor, Tirunelveli Dist.
