Preparation of budget for the purchasing of computer infrastructure
Ensuring that the ICT service and resources are at optimal levels on a consistent basis
Supervision of Computer Technicians and provided leadership and co-ordination in the provision of ICT support for Staff and Students throughout the library system
Liaising with our Overseas supplier for software upgrades and resolution of printing issues via conferences and conference calls
Generating weekly transaction reports from the Pharos printing system and submitting such to the Library’s Account Department
Application of expertise in matters relating to Windows Operating Services, File Servers and Microsoft products
Configured and manage barcode labels system.
Liaising with suppliers contacting and doing follow-ups with suppliers ICT resources.
