Managed an AR Collections portfolio averaging more than $4+ Million per month, spread across 6 divisions in the United States, requiring detailed management of over 3000 customer accounts, globally. These accounts consisted of advertising agencies, corporate and small business, and individual sales accounts that are derived from e- commerce accounts. Leveraged Trello to manage collections workflow.

Processed a continuous high-volume quantity (in the millions) of incoming payments from multiple sources (lockbox, wires, credit, ACH, etc.).

Developed and implemented business process improvements, KPIs, and managed weekly trend reports to quickly identify accounts that required attention. Leveraged Tableau for weekly dashboard reports.

Focused on employee retention by analyzing team members trends. This involved studying individual success scores, identifying strengths and weaknesses, shifted and balanced workloads, effectively managing team members to prevent burnout.

Monitored days sales outstanding (DSO) collection efforts to optimize liquidity.

Collected, posted, reconciled, and closed over 700 AR accounts within 3 months that were discovered inactive post pandemic- recognizing $3 million in revenue believed uncollectible, proven collectible.
