Along with a small HVAC & Electrical company, in the city

Of Philadelphia ! I have since sold that company, and had some health issues over the summer fully recovered!

I do not want to have all the headaches of being an owner and am fully motivated to sell for someone else, & collect my commission as independent or 1099 no sweat!
