Manage a $5M grant for new web-based course development for biomedical and biochemical engineering at the University of Missouri (3 years). Assess program risks, manage budget, and report to State funding agencies. Managed project budget and work of subcontractor.
Select Accomplishments –Customized curricula to accommodate technicians without strong physics and calculus backgrounds. Created non-credit certificate program for extension.
CSSI, Inc. – Senior Research Fellow
2017-2021
Created, trained, and implemented an FAA-wide Learning Content Management System. Wrote technical curriculum for OJT and OJT Instructors for rail traffic controllers. Directed Change Management.
Select Accomplishments –Categorized all current courses for porting to new LCMS and selected an LCMS for FAA. Re-engineered curricula for rail traffic controllers at WMATA.

February 2017 – July 2017
Senior ISD III-for Navy aviation maintenance training and production for the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWC). Developed storyboards and procedures for simulation training development for Triton Drone aircraft maintenance for course conversion from ILT to WBT.

Managed a $2.5M program to redesign a new curriculum for the Army Sexual Harassment and Abuse Reporting Program (SHARP) to reflect modern practice. Ensured program compliance with Army regulations and managed video vendor deliverables.
Select Accomplishments –Re-engineered entire curriculum for all ranks. Created new video scenarios for training and capstone evaluations that reflected modern views on sexual harassment and abuse. Managed workload and timeline for completion of 22 revised and//or new courses.

Managed vendor deliverables.
