Manage a $5M grant for new web-based course development for biomedical and biochemical engineering at the University of Missouri (3 years). Assess program risks, manage budget, and report to State funding agencies. Managed project budget and work of subcontractor.

Select Accomplishments –Customized curricula to accommodate technicians without strong physics and calculus backgrounds. Created non-credit certificate program for extension.

CSSI, Inc. – Senior Research Fellow

2017-2021

Created, trained, and implemented an FAA-wide Learning Content Management System. Wrote technical curriculum for OJT and OJT Instructors for rail traffic controllers. Directed Change Management.
