Project Involved:

SIRIUS PETROLEUM PLC: Fabrication of SEABED TEMPLATE And Anchor Buoy for ORORO EWT PROJECT March 2018-June 2019

My responsibilities:

oGeneral control of the fabrication activities from start to completion

oDesigned the seabed template and issue to client for approval.

oCalculated the buoyancy force of the Anchor Buoy.

oCalculated the forces acting on the diagonal bracing pipe of the seabed template.

oProduced the project plan, schedule and budget.

oProduced the man power loading for the project

oHeld the kick off meeting with the client’s representative for the project

oRaised a technical query regarding the weight of the Anchor Buoy and then provided a solution by using 6mm plate instead of 8mm plate proposed by the client. My solution balanced the weight as demanded.

oPrepared a yard layout design for the seabed template installation.

oCoordinated a lesson learnt meeting after commissioning of the project

FODE & EMAS: Fabrication and base services (flexible hoses and mooring chain replacement 2015-2017
