I Maintained People -Soft HR software program and performed daily backups and providing training and support for the firm’s employees, on all software applications. I assisted in creating and maximizing office space, while working closely with the Firm’s HR department Manager on every step of the hiring process. Helped grades go up, preventing the shutdown of this 120 year old school. Piloted the Adopt a school program by NASA placing a UNIX, Mac, NT and Novell Networks in the school. Implemented a Certificates awards program for students who completed the MS Office series helping create jobs for them.
