Anchor Health Properties – 7-2017 – 5/2023. As Vice President of Property Management for the West Coast Region. I led a team of 14 dedicated professionals, including 11 skilled Property Managers and 3 accomplished building engineers. My role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, with a focus on enhancing operational excellence and driving financial success.

One of my core strengths was hiring and mentoring staff, a process that contributed to a dynamic and high-performing team. By cultivating a culture of continuous learning and growth, I empowered my direct reports to excel in their roles, fostering professional development and ensuring the delivery of top-notch service to our clients.

Medical Asset Management – 11/2015 – 7/2017– Managed a portfolio of three medical buildings. Duties include AR/AP; tenant relations; monthly reporting; supervision of contractors; cap ex work; negotiating all vendor contracts.

Duties included management over the day-to-day management of Collier’s Southern California retail; industrial and office portfolio, supervision of Southern PM’s, ensuring properties were managed which aligned with our stake holders’ vision/expectations.

Trigild – 09/2013 – 12/2014 – Senior Regional Property Manager

Duties include day-to-day management of Trigild’s Southern California commercial and medical portfolio. Direct interaction with third party ownership; supervision of on-site staff/off-site staff; preparation of annual budgets; monthly financial reports, ensuring approved budgeted costs are met and work is completed with budgeted parameters. Monitor and enforce terms of leases; tenant/vendor relations; work closely and monitor tenant and capital improvements.

Sharp HealthCare – 04/2012- 07/2013 – Senior Property Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day management of all of Sharp HealthCare’s leased/owned sites. Duties include the responsibility of management services and processes that support the core business of Sharp HealthCare with focus on best practices to improve efficiency by reducing operational costs. Also responsible for the supervision of all third-party property management teams.

Administrative support and management of shopping centers throughout San Diego County.

Sentre Partners - 2/2010-7/2010 - Temporary Position

Managed real estate development activities on behalf of SENTRE Partner for their San Diego Portfolio. Portfolio consists of approximately 500,000 sf of industrial and office space.
