Projects:

Inspection:
1. Develop inspection plan for all electrical equipment in cooperation with the Electrical Service Manager.
2. Supervise, control and support the execution of inspection plan for electrical inspection and ensure the early identification of problems and maintenance needs to be considered in the planning of preventive maintenance and annual overhauling schedules, in case of any problems recommend the best solution and inform the maintenance team in order to execute any repairing work needed.
3. Establish the Predictive maintenance process for the early detection of breakdowns by conducting a physical test on machines during operation in addition to applying specific measurements and inspection on machines during shut down and inform concerned parties of any necessary corrective work needed to be accomplished. 4. Conduct regular meetings with the production and maintenance sectors in order to study and analyze the previous week's activities in production line, including the root cause analysis of repeated and chronic problems and the preparation of a report with recommendations for improvement as an action plan. 5. Participate in the study of the modifications to improve the efficiency and the condition of the equipment, according to the specifications defined. 6. Monitor, study, and analyze the daily incidents Report, giving remarks and recommendations to the Inspectors during the daily inspection meeting. 7. Monitor, study, and analyze the monthly Electrical report for all equipment at the Plant, define the corrective actions, solutions, or modifications needed to ensure the continuous improvement of the equipment.
8. Provide support for human resources in this area, ensuring the performance assessment process, as well as identifying development and training needs. 9. Cooperate in the definition of standardization and specification policies for consumables, spare parts, and equipment.
