I was the broker/owner of this real estate firm. I had two agents working for me. One agent left to start their own firm and one left for position that paid more.

I was an associate broker working with buyers and sellers of real estate. I also managed properties for FSLIC, FDIC, RTC, and the Veterans Administration. I left to start my own real estate firm.

Primarily appraising residential property in the area where I am geographically competent.

Maiwuer Tropical- 1972-1980

I was a partner in a pet store selling tropical fish and pet supplies. My partner moved away in 1978 and few years later I sold the business.

Someplace Else- 1975-1978

I was a partner of this delicatessen. I hired a store manager and the other employees. I supervised the operation giving directions when needed. Monitored the P&L reports to maintain good profit picture. When my partner passed away I closed the store.

Dollar General – January 2022-March 2022

Part-time employment as an associate cashier and stocker.

Left when a new manager was brought in and I had an opportunity for another position for an increase in pay.
