•Was onsite during the construction process. Set up the processing equipment and lines within the production rooms during that process.
•Recruited management team and start up group as well.
•Devised processes and plans for start up and ongoing production thereafter. This was accomplished by working together with the management team as a group, building the team as a functioning and cohesive group.
•Negotiated staffing contracts, packaging costs and service contracts.
