•Was onsite during the construction process. Set up the processing equipment and lines within the production rooms during that process.
•Recruited management team and start up group as well.
•Devised processes and plans for start up and ongoing production thereafter. This was accomplished by working together with the management team as a group, building the team as a functioning and cohesive group.
•Negotiated staffing contracts, packaging costs and service contracts.
•Led the training team for start up.
•Continued as manager, managing budgets, processes and improvements.

Recruited to upgrade warehouse selection process, warehouse layout, relocation project and daily operations performance in a refrigerated environment.

•Created and carried out moving plans. Plan was initiated and completed within thirty-six hours. No down time was lost in the shipping or receiving process.
