• Pre-Commissioning activities involve review of the documents: Instrument data sheets, P&IDs (piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), Wiring Diagrams, Loop diagrams, Hook- up drawings, and Control system manuals.
• Inspection and verification of Equipments, instruments and control devices to ensure they are installed correctly.
• Verifying cabling and wiring installations (signal, power, and communication).
• Ensuring proper integration between field instruments and control panels.
• System Configuring of instruments like pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, flow meters, and control valves in the DCS (Distributed Control System) or PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
• Checking communication protocols such as HART, Modbus, Fieldbus, or Profibus.
• Ensuring all instruments is calibrated according to manufacturer specifications and system requirements, Calibration of transmitters, controllers, and other sensors.

Turn Around and Shutdown phase:
• Planning the Schedule of work and arranging the workforce as per the priority of the job completion.
• Involved in monitoring of the Supervisor team for completing the date wise job schedule during shutdown period.
• Regular update of the completion of job and maintaining the report for future reference.
• Providing the safe working environment for the man force to complete the job with 100% effectiveness.

• All the Anti-surge valves of the Turbine Compressors are calibrated, and calibration record is maintained for future Reference.
• In the marshalling cabinet all the MTL barriers upgraded for temperature and vibration monitoring of the Bently Nevada system I/O Cards.
• Team of 30 members including 12 Technician, 3 Supervisor and helpers managed to give them the plan for day-by-day task and complete the work in the Planning time hours throughout the turnaround phase.
• Maintaining a record of all the Turnaround jobs with calibration records and to ensure the system Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) Phase with high Technical Integrity of all equipment.
