PRESENT EMPLOYMENT
Currently i am working at HINDUSTAN POWER PROJECT (P) LTD, Jaitahari as Dy. Engineer of Coal Handling Plant Operation & Maintenance From 1st June 2015 to till Now.
(2X600 MW) TPP.
JOB PROFILE
Railway yard management
Job Responsibility:
●Working at Railway Site.
● Handling the all responsibility during shift.
● Responsible for Placement of coal rake and timely unloading
● Job allocation to all Discipline workers and follow up for daily job progress Planning,
● Monitoring, planning & reporting of all site activities during operation activity to the Hod.
● Co-ordinate with different departments, Railway Gard and Railway Locomotive Drivers.
● Handle the 20 Manpower in shift and overall 60 manpower round a clock hole responsible for their work
● Following the Instructions of Railway Guideline and rules.
● Handle the rake unloading at wogon tippler, track hopper also with all safety measurement.
● Responsible for all Maintenance activities of BOBRN rake when its door did not open.
● Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly check sheets, schedules, report & other relevant documents.
● Development of procedure of operation SOP, implementation of time management of each rake unloading.
● Handle the leave and position of every shift workers.
● Involve the activity of HR and help the Gate pass procedure and medical of all workers.
● Complete knowledge of signal and points which use in during the rake operation.
● Instructed the Station Master to operate the points and make Signal while the operation of rake movement.
● Responsible for tool box talk training beginning of the shift and insure the PPES of all workers.
● Trained the New Joining Staff like shunt man points man C&W helpers tipper operators, and all workers related to operation activity.
● Handle the EOT of coal rake after compilations, check out wagon i.e. pressure of wagon check coupling of all wagon which are connected to each other, attached the gard wagon
● Responsible to GDR activity with Railway Gard and Loco Driver.
● Supervision the other extra work like making rest Room near the working area.
● Handle the communication related to plant railway operations
● Operation & maintenance of CHP control room desk and systems.
● As working in CHP, having the responsibility of planning, scheduling & ensuring proper execution of operational plan.
● Operation & maintenance of Wagon Tippler, Track Hopper (2belt with 4 paddles),Stacker cum Reclaimer (S-1600MTPH R-1460MTPH),Crusher
(1000MTPH*4), with Conveyor belt of 1800MTPH*2 Stream
● Ensuring the maximum utilization and availability of the equipment for meeting the generation targets.
● Planning and managing coal yard.
● To reduce the effect of wet coal during monsoon seasons is one of the great challenges for CHP.
● Day to day reporting of receipt of coal by rake, coal crushing, stacking, consumption and dozer diesel consumption, loading factor, effective running hours of equipment and auxiliary power in CHP.
● Ensuring safety work practice in field and maintaining zero accident. PREVIOUS EMPLOYMENT
● Worked at Client KSK Mahanadi Power Co. Ltd.as a field Engineer under Mcnally Bharat Eng co LTD at Operation & Maintenance of CHP ( 6X600 MW) Power Plant based at Bilaspur (CG)From Jan2013 to 30 may 2015 .
● Worked at Chennai Radha Engineering Works P (Limited),as a field Engineer From Dec 2011 to Jan 2013.

● Shift wise handling Coal unloading area under CHP.
● Preparing transporter wise daily MIS report for higher authority.
● Co-ordinates with KSK personal, WB personal and security personal for movement of truck inside the plant.

● Co-ordinate with transporter for smooth operation inside the plant.
