Work Experience
Motor Vehicle Representative
Dmv-Folsom, CA
April 2004 to Present
As a Motor Vehicle Representative I'm proficient in driver license and vehicle registration. Highly knowledgeable in all aspects of field operations. I provide in person face to face customer service to the public. I analyze documents for authenticity, explain policy and procedure, interpret vehicle code to the public. In my previous office my office manager had chosen me to be a mentor to my coworkers. I recruited and trained all new employees in the driver license area of the office. I provide assistance to my coworkers with any complex driving license issue they may have with their customer. I then became one of Region III mentors. I would be a mentor to new employees that had finished the two week training. The new employees would come to my office or I would go to another office and be a on the job mentor. I had been picked to be a subject matter expert for AB60. I went to training and sat in on conference calls and was the liaison between employees and region during conference calls. I've conducted Wednesday morning training for AB60 multiple times. I was also picked to be a ambassador for Motor Voter. As the ambassador I trained my coworkers on the new policy and procedures for motor voter. I have back up control cashier experience. I've audited work on daily basis and did the deposit Education
