Some have been short-term assignments while others have been for multiple months. Toys R Us – Times Square New York, NY 2004 - 2011

I worked the front lines of customer service with the public in what is notably the busiest of most Toys R US stores; occupying over 110,000 square feet and attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors (both adults and children) annually. I spent much of my time on the store floor, working as a toy demonstrator, or as a greeter with the ‘Guest and Concierge Services’ department. I was praised regularly for my rapport with a diverse audience; known for being articulate and personable and having great attention to detail.
