Formerly assigned to a Family Law judge for approximately 3 years, responsible for maintaining the dept. scheduling hearings, keeping track of cases set on the courts daily calendar, maintaining the judge’s personal calendar as and for personal time off and/or training and meetings. Responsible for taking minutes and summarizing it into the court’s database. Train and assist with writing procedures and weekly reports. Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook. Working in the Probate/Mental Health Department, assigned to Judicial Officer with the responsibilities of administering the oath, processing orders, taking and entering minutes into the courts database system. Monitoring and maintaining the courts calendar and scheduling.
