Lam currently employed here, a few of my daily tasks are but not limited to are the following

+ once the check list is completed I sign children in that meet the Ikea’s height and age policies once children our
signed in I go over the rules and give parents information on when and where to pick their children up.
+ Lam expected to engage with the children with little to no physical contact until they are picked up.
* If slow enough and I am needed elsewhere to assist in different departments I am allowed to do so.
* Once Smiland is closed I clean up any messes that were left behind and sanitize all surfaces.
* Once I finish closing the area down I'm allowed to assist with self checkout and other customer service areas.
Camp Assistant, STEP UP- City of Minneapolis Minneapolis
This was a seasonal position for the summer of 2016 and 2017. A few of my daily tasks were but not limited to
the following
+ My main task was to help assist the camp leaders with the children along with engaging with the children.
+ Thelped serve breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the children and also ate with them after everyone was served.
Once everyone was finished with their meals me along with my team helped clean and made sure the area was
cleared for the activities planned for the day.
+ Thelped plan activities for the children to participate in throughout the day along with field trips
* While on field trips I was expected to engage with the children while ensuring their safety and making sure
everyone was with the group.

This was a part time position where I worked for almost two years. A few of my tasks were but not limited to the

+ While being a women's lead I was required to be knowledgeable about the store, especially the women's section,
+ Thelped train new staff until they were familiar and comfortable with the store enough to be on their own,
+ Another main task of mine was to ensure I helped any customers that had any questions to the best of my ability,
along with signing as many customers as I could up for the store's credit card. * While I was the ship from store
lead I was expected to collect all items that were due to be shipped out for the day along with scanning said items
out to be shipped.
