Responsibilities and duties:
Plans, organizes, and implements systems for efficient document processing of all communications, the Contractor documents, design documents, construction documents or all other internal or external documents.
Ensure and provide professional assistance to subordinates to improve their productivity and encourage learning training and development.
Coordinates the flow of documents between project team and other project stakeholders.
To provide Document Control Services through EDRMS-Aconex to the project team and reporting information related to the status of the project documents, drawings and other documents.
Prepare transmittal of all the documents for submission through Aconex, Primavera, EDRMS
(Citrix) and Project Wise (Bentley Software) for Design Submission.
Responsible for uploading and downloading of all the documents and drawings from/ to Aconex, EDRMS (Citrix) and Project Wise (Bentley Software) for Design Submission.
Distribute documents/drawings for comment /approval/construction release as per the distribution matrix for Design/Vendor documents/drawings through Aconex, Primavera & EDRMS

Responsibilities and duties:
Enumerate duties and responsibilities during the previous position
Prepare process and status reports; applies metrics to analyze and assess efficiencies of current Document Controller Processes. Document controller must also make sure that all Submitted documents are received at their intended destinations on time or before the document’s due date. He also needs to make sure that employees understand the importance of submitting their document in a timely manner and as early as possible. Before a document can be submitted, the document controller must check all the information on it for accuracy and then seek approval from her superiors. Sometimes this involves talking to department heads in other department in order to get approval for the document. Once the document is validated and approved, he/she can submit it.
Document Controller have to communicate with all of the company’s departments, making sure that the Documents they submit are correctly filed in the department’s archive as necessary.
Attends to a variety of office administrative details; establishes and maintains confidential, subject, project and specialized files; creates and maintains contract files; orders supplies; distributes informational materials and keeps reference documents up to date; oversees storage of official records; develops and maintains mailing lists.
