Product Owner, 4/2022-Current

Product Owner for both internal and external software at the company, overseeing Cady’s Nucleus e-commerce platform for online bookings, as well as Summit and BackOffice software supporting school experience and customer service teams. Led feature development for "MyCady," a school interface for photo, yearbook, and ID management. Responsible for requirements gathering, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap/release management for onshore and offshore teams, collaborating with stakeholders to drive functional and quality improvements across products. Key Projects/Accomplishments:

● SalesForce to Zoho Transition: Oversaw a company wide transition to a new CRM including multiple operational customized apps being developed into the new system

● Cady Nucleus: Led the company wide initiative for a complete payment system overhaul, bringing the Nucleus suite of products over to the STRIPE payment processing.

Worked with 3rd party design engineers to re-design the ordering and booking side of the Cady website and implement a dashboard based UI for parents to follow their product timeline.

● Summit: Led an initiative to help bring one of the company's oldest and least updated products back into relevance by working with stakeholders to more properly meet the changing needs of the School Experience team.

● On-Prem: Working with an offshore team to turn the on-prem installer to a proper sprint based product team while altering the way the installer utilizes SKUs within the company to allow for more refined installations for clients to allow for a better user experience as on-prem clients use the system.
