Product Owner for both internal and external software at the company, overseeing Cady’s Nucleus e-commerce platform for online bookings, as well as Summit and BackOffice software supporting school experience and customer service teams. Led feature development for "MyCady," a school interface for photo, yearbook, and ID management. Responsible for requirements gathering, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap/release management for onshore and offshore teams, collaborating with stakeholders to drive functional and quality improvements across products. Key Projects/Accomplishments:
● SalesForce to Zoho Transition: Oversaw a company wide transition to a new CRM including multiple operational customized apps being developed into the new system
● Cady Nucleus: Led the company wide initiative for a complete payment system overhaul, bringing the Nucleus suite of products over to the STRIPE payment processing.
Worked with 3rd party design engineers to re-design the ordering and booking side of the Cady website and implement a dashboard based UI for parents to follow their product timeline.
