Contract Maintenance Manager (Apr.2023 to Oct. 2023)
Provide oversight, direction and coordination for all operations and maintenance
activities for the facilities department at Hill AFB 75th Medical Group buildings to ensure
adherence to contractual objectives. Supervise and coordinate activities of skilled trades workers
engaged in maintaining and repairing equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and
grounds at Hill AFB. Assist in emergencies relating to the operation and repair of clinic equipment and respond to calls 24/7. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to a maintenance team consisting of HVAC, Plumber, General Maintenance
and General Clerk. Coached, motivated and engage work teams to accomplish operational
objectives. Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all required Government
and Company reports/deliverables. Effectively managed maintenance operations necessary to

Maintenance Mechanic 4749 with DOD secret Clearance: Performed Building inspections in all
phases of construction, alterations and worked with Engineering Department to assure adherence
to building codes. Perform as a key member of the 75th C.E. group leadership team.
Adapt easily working with all other trades and contractors to coordinate the
timing for each phase making sure projects get accomplished in the most efficient manner.
Performed as liaison for Hazardous Materials and as Shop Safety liaison continuously checked
with coworkers to ensure that all OSHA regulations and Air Force Safety and Quality Assurance
requirements were adhered to and that they were trained on and used their Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE). Insured replacement parts were up to date via bench stock procedures. Acting

Perform clean-up duties including cleaning equipment, sweeping, straightening, and lining up tools and other property in their designated areas. Manufacturing/Process Engineer, L-3 Communications, Salt Lake City, Utah (July 2001 to
May 2007) Supervisor Randy Hegsted
Process Engineer with secret clearance. Determined schedules, estimated facilities, manpower,
parts, and equipment needed for cable and harness team. Coax connector specialist, performed
takeoffs for cables and harnesses, machine programming and maintenance, wrote process sheets,
and implemented continuous improvement requests, updated drawings and wire tables. Prepared
and presented written and oral reports, briefings, and recommendations. I received and
examined incoming parts inspecting them for defects. Potting and Bonding process engineer,
Researched and identified a conformal coating machine that would coat a CCA in 5 seconds
instead of the 30 min. of usual time saving hundreds of thousands of dollars over just a short
period of time. Wrote processes for conformal coating of CCA’s and potting and bonding area.
Coil Process Engineer, updated coil-winding processes for outbound contracts and use on printed
circuit boards, Programmed, and maintained coil winding equipment, and supported the redesign
of new transformers for use in high voltage power supplies. Promoted to Systems Process
Engineer on Company’s most technical and complicated Ground and Air Based systems
involving testing refinement, continuous drawing & process updates.
Manufacturing Engineering Document Controller. I wrote all new and updated all old Standard
Operating Details, Manufacturing Operating Procedures and Standard Repair Procedures for all
