Highly driven and motivated Customer Service Professional with over 25 years experience in client services, hospitality, food service, sales, team leadership and management. I have gained knowledge in several public service business sectors including owning and operating a company in the hospitality/cleaning industry. I have been an independent contractor creating estimates, doing payroll and bookkeeping, and cleaning private homes for clients and property management companies for the last 9 years. Collected medical insurance information, and verified coverage as needed. Triaged patients to hospital as needed based on company guides as to emergency situations requiring immediate care. Answered and called patients using multi- line phone systems, including using intercom system to communicate with staff when needed for quick response from nurses, providers, and staff. Demonstrated ability to think and act quickly and stay focused in a demanding, fast paced, high patient traffic setting.
