• Sign, date, and complete Service Authorizations for current and new consumers.
• Fill out and send in meal orders on a weekly basis to all fifteen meal site locations.
• Update monthly reports to reflect what each person at each site has done for the month. Whether they started, ended, were put on hold, resumed, or had a frequency change in the number of meals they received, this was all reflected on the monthly reports.
