Managed 25 employees and 4 providers and was responsible for a departmental budget exceeding 45M annually in Radiation Oncology. Responsible for leading and working with IS on several successful system projects such as: Access Improvement “KREWE”, Physician Referral Tracking, and the Leadership Portal.
Decreased the denial rate by 20% through the LEAN process and Value Stream Mapping.
Improved charge capture by 19% which led to an additional 400K in missed gross charges through the development of a Charge Reconciliation process in Chemotherapy.
