Seeking a long-term position in construction management where I can utilize my twenty-plus years of government and private sector experience in construction management and estimating to contribute in a positive manner to the overall success of the project and organization.

Seasoned construction management professional with twenty-plus years of private/public sector and government experience in building retrofit /tenant fit up projects to support long term project goals. I have expertise in many facets of construction such as project management, quality control and cost estimating. I am familiar with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical divisions for building projects and site restoration. I am skillful in balancing technical & PM experience and skills while meeting program requirements. In addition, I have a background in contract administration experience including CM administration, contract writing, and development of schedules, cost control, quality control and quality assurance.

- Participated in the development of budget estimates by creating scope documents and ensuring correct subcontractor interpretation of their part of the project.

- Reviewed modifications, negotiated changes, and leveled scope of work for ongoing renovation work.

- Interpreted project assumptions to assist in determining the basis of estimate.

- Developed a WBS and schedule of activities.

- Conducted site inspection including earthwork cuts and fills, acceptance of subgrade and finish grade requirements and review of compaction of soils.

- Monitored construction productivity and schedule performance of existing projects.

- Installed cabling for a new 5G network at Washington Dulles International Airport

- Performed quality reviews on all estimates and takeoff work.

- Performed quality reviews on subcontractor submissions to ensure that they have interpreted project scope correctly to make certain that the quality of work standards is in line with the correct assumed price.
