SUMMARY

I have 20 plus years of experience as a manager in the HR arena in the following companies: beMatrix, Whitefoord, JDR Enterprises, Georgia College and State University, Virginia College, Air Force Personnel Center. Companies range in size from 76 employees to over 20,000 employees; thus, I understand the mechanics of both small and large industries. I have managed a staff ranging from 3 direct reports to 5 direct manager reports and served as the lone HR Manager. Business Partner:

Partner with CEOs/senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR goals, policies, and programs, to include workforce planning, pay-for-performance, talent management/acquisition, and succession planning while always leading to measurable increases in efficiency and productivity.
