From 24/06/2011 Arkhe HR Manager at Sasol Temane until 27/12/2019 / responsible for recruiting new guards and employ them after training.

I am working at Afungi area as Palma and Mucimbua da Praia Security area manager with the task of doing refreshers training for the security members at MDP, Muxara at Pemba, MDP Palma village and Afungi Airport.

I also do the MV driving schedule for the drivers going to patrol the nearby Villages to be informed of the insurgent situation.

Collaborate with department of law, police, court, and other institutions of law. Investigate security incidents within Sasol project and give feedback to Sasol line manager and Arkhe project manager at Site.

I have 28 years of security experience, from 1996 up to 2023. 07/01/2020 Got transferred to work at Palma district as Arkhe Area Manager. 20/02/2020 Tasked to work at Arkhe Total Energies Afungi Airport as security project manager assisting MSAP area.

13/05/2021 Transferred to work at Total Energies Muxara as security and MSAP project manager up to date with the responsibility of Security project manager and MSAP management. 4

Job Description and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Code and Conduct & Company discipline.

- Responsible for Security trainings in operational aspects in co-ordination with Arkhê SHERQ & Security Project Manager on site.

- Managing vehicles fleet and Personnel movement and authority.

- Inspections / first and last parades of personnel and vehicles.

- Managing of logistics for an operational group in the operational area

- Responsible for controlling expensive items such as radios, night vision equipment etc.

- Responsible for the functioning of all support groups, such as Personnel, Logistics, Communications, and personal H.R files.

3. Hobbies

I enjoy watching police movies, such as investigations, listen to soft music, and over the weekends.

I used to play soccer for the adults’ team when I am not scheduled as a weekend duty manager.

I do not drink and smoke.
