Senior Geopolitical Risk Analyst, PSP Investments January 2021-Present
PSP Investments is one of Canada’s largest pension investment managers at $265 B AUM. It invests the public sector pension plans which include the pensions of The Canadian Armed forces, Reserve Forces, and RCMP.
Monitor geopolitical phenomena including trade policy, international affairs, and regulatory changes affecting investment landscapes.
Develop and present concise reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders, enhancing decision-making processes and aligning with governmental objectives.
Issue timely alerts to mitigate the impact of evolving domestic policies and regulations in high-risk regions such as Russia and Hong Kong.

Associate Project Manager, FinDev Canada April 2018-December 2019
FinDev Canada is Canada's development finance institution (DFI) at $170 M AUM, supporting the private sector in developing markets to promote sustainable development.
Helped shape and operationalize a new government Development Finance institution, FinDev Canada, from the ground up by managing the creation and implementation of three seminal governance policies: 1) Initial Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework, 2) The Risk Appetite Statement (RAS), and 3) The Investment Strategy.
Ensured company-wide communication by acting as scrum Master where I led weekly group meetings under a “Huddle” format – a short, to-the-point exchange of key information, tracking of progress, and identification of issues that might impact projects at FinDev Canada. (Notably, I volunteered for this role, noting communication across the organization was vital to its success while in ‘start-up mode.’)
Led an international business competition in Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Rwanda, as the lead project manager for the 2X Invest2Impact Business competition for women-owned African SMEs, a multilateral initiative part of the global G7 DFI 2X Challenge initiative.
