Role: Lead – Software/Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Description: Future State Framework: - It is a cloud-based application that provides an automated data solutions to reduce manual efforts, decrease time-to-market, and empower line-of-sight business users to own their data processes. This framework has been built to simplify data integration from Asurion vendors for both ETL developers and business end-users. It also contains Communication application which is designed to create and send reports and notifications within the ETL framework. It is a fast and stable business process system capable of scheduling automated processes and responding to external events (APIs).
Responsibilities played during this project:
Technical discussion with Solution Architect to gather information for development, enhancements & bug fixes.
Involved in all phases of the life cycle of the project including requirement gathering, design, development, unit testing and deployment.
Used Microsoft Azure Dev-Ops tool to track the work through a predefined workflow.
Attend Sprint planning and business meetings to understand the Business requirement for ETL projects.

Description: Intelliset is a Web based application that provides a graphical user interface for filling Mobile Insurance Claims. Subscribers calls Asurion Call Center and provides the necessary information to CSR. The CSR files the insurance claim based on this information. The application is highly performance intensive and involves multiple business flows for each service provider (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint PCS etc.). Some of the functionalities included in iCare are filling new claim, checking the claim status and resuming the existing open claims. iCare is integrated with various multiple third-party components/API’s to enhance the user experience and these include: Paypal for processing payments and EAS for address standardization. Exact Target is a third-party API to send out the email notifications to subscribers which includes Claim Approval, Shipped, Delivered and Post Claim Surveys. Intelliset also utilizes iCare claim processing engine, which is built on Microsoft .Net, TIBCO Technologies and is based on the SOA structure.
Responsibilities played during this project:
Work as ETL/SSIS Sr. System Analyst for the clients (Verizon, T-Mobile etc..) still in Legacy platform.
Attend Sprint 0’s and business meetings to understand the Business requirement for ETL projects.

Description: The Procurement team sets matrix for maximization of CSAT, optimization of inventory, cost cutting, and less AHT. Also, matrix forecast is one of the most important factors for highly accurate demand forecast. Matrix operations are 100% manual work from calculation to evaluation to register into applications. A risk of human error has become a critical problem as well as it has made it more difficult to correspond to expansion or improvement of business models such as tiered pricing. Volume of data has technically reached a limit almost to perform operations with Excel. User needs to wait for ten minutes to calculate an Excel sheet, five minutes to save an Excel file, and an Excel file often freezes during calculation.

Also it should have configured Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, which should interact with customer during initial few minutes of call to help customer. This project also includes uploading utility, which read data from fixed length text file and insert into SQL Server database and generates one text file for E-Pro dialer.

2. Project: Stock Verification using RFID Aug’04 to Nov’04

Description: The objective of this project is to verify the physical stock using RFDC DOS-based terminal. RFDC DOS-based terminal scans the barcode from the thermal label and update physical status flag of that roll in the corresponding table. RFDC DOS-based terminal is a portable device that is used to read the barcode and it is connected to the base station. The base station server program controls one or more base stations and communicate with the application programs (clients) can run on the same computer as the base station server or on other computers in the same network.
