Inaccessible Information and Communication Technology (ICT) prevents employees and customers with disabilities from doing their jobs or interacting with the federal government. EST will coordinate Section 508 Accessibility and Usability compliance test activities using both standards validation and assistive technology to ensure accessibility to IRS Information and Communication Technology (ICT). It will improve the Taxpayer experience by enabling accessible information technology through integration solutions, services and standards. I was instrumental in the establishment of the EST 508 Tester Bench.
