In the Education and English programs, I teach and coordinate in both programs that included designing and facilitating curricular geared toward a diverse population, which is inclusive of ESOL/English Language Learning strategies, motivational devices, differentiation, etc. As a professor, teaching (skills in listening, speaking, reading literature, writing, researching, etc.), grading, recording attendance, etc. are completed daily/weekly for at least four courses per semester. In terms of the coordinating/chair part of the job, I am the professor and the manager of professors/instructors who evaluates syllabi, instructor teaching, programs, academic policy procedures, etc. I also serve on several decision-making committees for the college.
