I am an experienced Strategic Human Resources Leader with mastery in establishing processes and procedures for the entire employee life cycle including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, employee benefits, employee relations, coaching, performance management, employee discipline, investigations, and termination. Starting as a File Clerk in an HR department, I learned Human Resources from the bottom up. Once I recognized my passion for HR, I completed my education to support that experience.
