Co-teaches cultural orientation curricula to refugees who will depart to the United States alongside CO trainers and Senior Trainers. Co-teaches in field locations across sub- Saharan Africa.

Produces/audits/replaces training materials under the direction of the Curriculum Development Supervisor and other CO Supervisors.

Acts as point person for contractors hired for field and remote CO training activities including interpreters and childminders. Ensures they arrive on time for CO activities and are paid for services, escalating any concerns with said contractors to CO supervisors and CR POCs accordingly.

Conducts bi-annual audits of trainer material sets to ensure materials in use comply with approved curriculum guidelines. Acquires or develops missing materials as needed for trainers.

Keeps track of training material stored in various IOM and UNHCR offices in CO processing locations.

Liaises with the Curriculum Development Supervisor/GSO for the purchase or repair of needed CO materials and supplies including printing of materials.

Responsible for scheduling and updating of eligible refugees in START. Issues Trainers with materials that have been approved by the Curriculum Development Supervisor and other CO Supervisors as needs arise.

Liaises with translators to ensure quality translation of training materials.

Thoroughly cleaned the RSC offices, bathrooms, kitchens, and walkways as assigned.

Observed the office environment, ensures that the fire exits are always kept clear and promptly reports any potentially hazardous situations such as slippery floors, loose electric wires or sockets.

Ensured that all photocopiers and printers have been checked for documents and switched off at the end of every business day. Any document found should be turned over to the management staff locking up on any day.

Ensured that non-essential equipment is switched off and only the minimum equipment required is switched on.

Reported any equipment that sounds or appears broken or in need of repair, including door and window locks that need lubrication, tightening or replacement, leaky water taps etc.

Undertakes odd jobs such as minor repairs and window cleaning in coordination with the Senior Janitor.

Monitored stock levels of supplies needed for cleaning and maintenance and submits timely requisitions for additional supplies.

Ensured the refugee applicants are supplied with supplies and their training classes are prepared on time.
