The shape of individual cuts has to be properly sliced in the correct dimension to ensure that the lap positioning of the sheet metal is in perfect position for the welding process to be exact

In charge of the leak, burst & buckle, test as prescribed by the DOT. And to ensure that all cans do not have a micro leak hole, the double seams of both the top and bottom Are properly sealed.

Prepares various chemical solutions and performs tests needed for parts being produced daily to ensure proper anti-corrosion properties of parts before final shipments to the customers.

Determine corrosion causes of aerosol cans as submitted from other corporate branches.
