April 23-present-Leidos Engineering Inc – hired by both Leidos and PacifiCorp as a contracted Sr Project Control Specialist. Currently have over 40 projects. Work with PMs and executives and send forecasts, budget updates, governance status, variance analysis, vendor accruals, meeting notes, Lien waivers, documentation, process documents and update procedures.

Dec 22-Apr 23 – O’Neill Electric – Create, rewrite and negotiate subcontracts; Create new forms for documentation. New processes for compliance & documentation. Using CSI specifications, create O&M close-out manuals for owners.

July 22- Dec 22 – Contract (while manager on leave) Property Management – Daily JE Reconciliation of Financial Statements (all three), Portfolio creation and submission to investors. G/L, JE entries and depreciation.
