Letter of Appointment as a Mack Truck Mate

We refer to your application for employment as a truck mate in our

organization dated January i, 2013 and offer you employment

effective February 1, 2013.

Your monthly entitlement shall be as follows;

Monthly basic salary

Rent Subsidy

Transport Allowance

Medical Allowance

Lunch Allowance

Total Monthly Emolument - N 5,000.00

Other payments or allowances shall be strictly based on trip allocation

for the month, as we also expect you to make more trips in the course

of the operation.

Your income will be taxable in accordance with PAYE.

The detailed condition of service will be prepared by the Human

Resources department.

You shall be entitled to a 7-work day’s vacation at the first anniversary

of your work with the company which is February 1, 2014.
