COMMUNICATION
Every job I have had, has had some kind of customer, employee communication relationship. Being a Cashier and taking orders at Dairy Queen. Working the dock, loading and unloading feed. Running heavy equipment for Oil companies and dealing with Land Owners to make sure they were happy with every direction we were taking. Being an assistant manager and working with customers, from explaining the uses or purposes of a product to solving problems that those customers may have had. Even, with the band and music there was communications with listeners and fans. Whether, it was after a show at the merch booth or doing radio interviews.
LEADERSHIP
I was vice president of my Highschool class of 2008. Did several extra-curricular activities throughout my Highschool years where I took on a leadership role, whether it was soccer, tennis, sports in general, or church. Working at Cavender’s lead to a leadership role, becoming assistant manager. Also, when I took on the foreman/supervisor position with Zoch Construction Inc., I had to manage the progress of the location/job schedule. Keeping employees on track and equipment up and running. Not to mention all of the 3rd party companies we had to keep informed of progress, in order to keep our own schedules on track as well.
