S3b Global Technologies -Atlanta, GA October 2020 - Present Business Analyst-Insurance customer portal enhancement (August 2023- current) Implement a dynamic dashboard for customers, providing a centralized platform to access their policy information, receive personalized product recommendations, and receive reminders for upcoming payments which resulted in an improvement in customer satisfaction, retention rates, and business growth significantly.
