I was supervising a group of four Technicians working on 2 shifts. In this task, I was responsible for the hiring, reviewing and training of personnel to support the Final Test Department by doing repair, maintenance and calibrations of all of FT test equipment such as: test handlers, branders, burn in ovens.
In addition, I work on various other projects such as the purchase of new equipment, the writing of Specifications, the release of BOM’s, the implementation of Engineering changes, the elaboration of acceptance criteria for the purchase of new equipment as well as Equipment and product Design modification.
