ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for providing guidance and direction for the planning, implementation and operation of the organizations and client safety management system (SMS) along with client Health and Safety Policy, standards, and procedures.

Formulating and reviewing Contractor Safety Documentations i.e., Hazard Identification Plan (HIP), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Contractor Site Safety Program (CSSP), Safe work procedures/plans, Risk assessment, Emergency Response Plans (ERP), Checklists for the High Risks & critical activities, and other required Safety Plans etc.

Conducted Internal Company Audits as per ISO 45001 and participated in all third-party audits.

Reviewing the Fire Fighting Design for camps and laydown yards.

Responsible for preparing and sharing weekly & monthly safety Reports, Safety Statistics, camp & office inspection reports an employee’s health and medical trends etc. with the client.
