PROJECT : Credit Card Fraud Detection System

Tools & Technologies: Java, Hidden Markov Model (HMM), Naive Bayes, MySQL.

Description: Developed a machine learning system to detect fraudulent credit card

transactions by integrating Hidden Markov Models (HMM) and Naive Bayes classifiers.

The project utilized HMM to analyse the sequential behaviour of transaction data and

Naive Bayes for probabilistic classification of transaction features, enhancing the detection

accuracy of fraud.
