Professional Summary

I received a degree in Labor Economics and Sociology from one of the known University in Russia. My diploma translated to English and certified for the USA. I completed internship at one of the biggest banks in Russia (Sberbank) at HR department.

All of my jobs are related to a customer service. I worked and still do in banking industry ( teller - individual and commercial accounts, loan processor, mortgage processor, setup specialist). I was a sales representative for a rug company and for clothing/home goods store, secretary for the city construction company, cater/server for the university cafeteria events, server at fast food restaurant, I owned and run a loan care business, was manager of the front-end department at the grocery store, shipt shopper, librarian, and cleaned private homes. All of my jobs required people skills, communications, being a team player or work on your own, motivation, being organized and on time, knowledge of computer (programs, software, internet, apps, retail devices.) and I did it all. I also did inventories, audits, scheduling, training, merchandising/displaying the products, run registers, worked with commercial and individual bank accounts, did cold calls offering banking services, worked with data entry and more. I speak two languages. English and Russian.

I am a secretary for Condo Association I live in and unofficial president as well. Outside of work I do a lot of fun activities. In the summer - I hike, bike, boating. In the winter - I snowshoeing, watching football with friends. All year around I am practicing to draw on my computer and on a paper, walking, running, practicing to write short kid’s stories, reading detective novels, and also I car-travel solo exploring USA.
