Responsible for the first level of support to Address resolution, Geo codes correction, Maps edits, Driver support, and Static route management in Last Mile(LMAQ - Last Mile Analytics and Quality is Process in which we provide support to the Transportation team & simultaneously improve the Maps, which is an important & crucial part of Program - PROJECT CHEETAH along with other operational issues and activities related to Transportation process and optimization.) PROJECT CHEETAH - DELIVERY DRIVER ON-ROAD DEFECTS PROGRAM PROJECT CHEETAH is a program for reporting issues, which helps to correct address & maps related issue. Also, providing ground truth visibility in routing, group stops & on-road safety issues for the (DSP) Delivery Service Partners. Working on Live use case & resolving within the timeline set by the Team. Achieving and maintaining 100% productivity consistently on a daily/weekly and monthly basis provided as per the set benchmark.
To enhance & enrich the quality of Process by Deep dive, Data Analysis, and Quality Audits of large data sets using all the tools available at our disposal.

Performed Data enrichment, Data analysis, generating insights from the data sets using Excel, Cortex, RTW, SPS, GAM, GDE, Stop Diver, Hubble, Quip to Data reporting through visualization generating reports or dashboards. Correcting the proper locations in Maps & editing the Maps. (Bing Maps & Google Maps) Improving the quality of Map for daily commuting & use. Performed in-depth Data validation on data from spatial data across the world. Identify and remedy defects within the production process & also ensuring that user expectations are met during the testing process.

Manage and respond to incoming customer support issues via the support ticket management system.
