Implemented several Process Improvements that resulted in increased Sprint completion rate and Team velocity from 60% to 90+%.

Managed the successful country wide rollout new TeamConnect application for Staff Counsel. Led the project team to deliver several critical enhancements for TeamConnect. These included enhancements related to performance improvements, enhanced Auto Assignment Round Robbin logic, Planner design and performance improvements.
Worked closely with Vendor, Business, and management team on a day-to-day basis. Continued to support critical fixes needed for production for converted legacy files and some of these are very complex. Ensured all Country wide Planner functionality was tested and planner rules setup in production before Country wide Conversion which was a necessary step for rollout. Led development of an in-house program which allowed Business team to automatically import Planner rules in TEST and PROD environment and reduced 1000s of hours of manual work – which was a huge benefit for the project.
Worked with project team on Setup and implemented WhatFix tool into TeamConnect Application for Onscreen training and guidance for users. Worked tightly to coordinate with Middle- ware, Architecture, Infrastructure and Claims development teams to get their support and plan end to end testing.

Led the project team to deliver an Azure Cloud based Property Service Application. Before the Property Service Application, service agents had to use as many as five different tools to find a customer’s policy. The team created an application that allowed the agents to begin and end every call in a single spot, working in parallel with partner applications. The result was a significant time savings for our agents and our customers. As a Scrum master for Web Application to be used by GEICO Service agents to process Policy Holders Property Insurance. The responsibility involved Sprint planning, creating user stories, and moving them into a Sprint based on number of story points assigned.

Worked on the responsive re-design of Commercial Auto Sales Application. The Project saved GEICO Commercial business unit 70K by completing the [project in-house. My Team worked on updating the Commercial Auto Sales Web Application to responsive to various mobile devices by using Bootstrap API, completed project in-house within schedule. I conducted daily stand-up meetings and facilitated interactions with Dev Team, Middleware Team, SQL DBA Team to resolve impediments. Facilitated in user story backlog grooming sessions and prioritized them for highest business value. Commercial Auto Sales Online Bind. Project allowed agents to bind commercial auto and rideshare policies online, the feature resulted in overall Average Handling Time decrease of 66 seconds after the roll out. My Team successfully integrated Adobe Test and Target Tool to support A/B testing for Homeowners real world examples coverage view. I worked with Adobe technical team to create mBoxes and campaigns to understand user preferences, the integrated Homeowner’s application was the first in Application in GEICO to utilize the tool. I facilitated meetings with external organizations (Adobe teams) to resolve impediments, team training sessions to enhance skills within the team. Worked with Product Owner to identify areas within the application that required A&B testing and created a Product Backlog of User Stories that created greatest impact on sales.
I supervised a team of developers and Analyst to create Geico Mobile native Android App and Mobile Web app. Worked with Product Owner and Stakeholders to identify features such as Payment information, Coverages, roadside assistance etc. that are high value to Geico customers. Used Agile Scrum methodology to create backlog of features, prioritize tasks and allocate dev resources to tasks. Created plans for Environment setup, development, testing using simulators, browser emulators and deployment to physical Android devices for testing.
I worked on the quote, bind and close portions of a sales flow of the customer sales and agent service app. Implemented Drools front end design engine and Blaze rule engine for business rules validation, programmed the Customer Info, Driver, Driver History, Discounts, Payment and close pages of the Web Application. Worked on B2B Application that received Customer info from partner and external marketing sites to generate teaser quotes for potential customers. Used Mongo DB for storing Client request and implementing a retry mechanism to failed cases.
