New Business Account Development (contractor). A 20 hours per week engagement to identify new opportunities and build influential relationships with local corporate executives to win new events. Sizes of events varied from 5 pp – 500 pp on six unique vessels in the Boston Harbor.

Utilized the Salesforce CRM to sort and segment data sets to create targeted opportunities, generate email messaging and roll out campaigns in the Seaport District and Back Bay areas of the City of Boston.

Partner, Neuragain, LLC – June 2015 – April 2019:

My role at Neuragain (www.neuragainproviders.com) was to lead our efforts to build a national network of high caliber providers, offer advice to doctors of the unique new opportunities in mental health care. I consulted and demonstrated how practices were able to consistently deliver 80% efficacy with treatment resistant depression, PTSD and anxiety disorders. All the while creating a new sustainable revenue stream that was not reliant on significant investments of time, money or infrastructure.

Neuragain’s commitment was to offer patients the most advanced and effective treatment for depression and anxiety disorders. Intravenous ketamine infusion is currently at the forefront of these therapies. It represents a very exciting paradigm shift in treating these debilitating conditions with a NIMH study supported efficacy of almost 80% and a remarkable safety profile.

Online meeting intelligence tools and analytics designed to assist hospitality sales professionals enhance their prospecting efforts to drive new business or obtain a greater share of a particular account. Data (from competitors Reader Boards) was data banked, archived and shared in an online open source format to give the user control to implement as they saw fit.

At its peak, Hotel-Inntell dominated the market serving over 100 hotel clients (also cruise lines, restaurants, State of Massachusetts, night clubs, casinos, etc.) from Connecticut to Maine, from “”Mom and Pop’s” to major convention centers in the region to everything in between with our insightful and trusted online resource. I was a frequent invited speaker at the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Lodging Association’s “Outlook” annual meeting to discuss trends and industry projections for the New Year.

Trained, advised and consulted with hotel personnel from entry to senior level executives on specific needs to increase share, key analytics, and show trends on how to use data for competitive advantages.

Co-Founder / Managing Director, Hotel Airport Reservation Services: March 1998 - September 2001

Hotel brokerage firm (outsourced) serving airline clients at Logan Int'l (Boston), TF Green (Prov. RI) and Manchester regional (New Hampshire) airports to expedite distressed passengers to hotel accommodations who were unable to make connections or delays due to mechanical issues.

We negotiated and directed business to hotels who deeply discounted rates for the short term (same day) volume to fill unused inventory. Saving our airline clients over $1M in hotel and transportation savings above and beyond other negotiated rates.

The business closed due to the tragic events and fall out from September 11, 2001.
