• During my tenure, I negotiated contracts and agreements with stakeholders, community leaders, operation staff and vendors. Tasked with various roles in management from the Project manager, Principal of College, human resources, procurement, Training oversight and facilitation, etc.
• Planned and allocated the operational budget, centre setup budget and future projection budget for the 3 years.

• Negotiated the accreditation of the institution with the QCTO, MerSETA, MICT SETA and Services SETA sector education authorities for the institute and for program approvals.
